Designing for First Time Visitors

The names and organization of pages should make sense to a first time visitor. It is best to not be creative on the navigation names as this will frustrate and drive away first time visitors looking for specific content.

Create a Map

These often look like organizational charts. They usually just contain the title of each page and where it fits in the navigation logic.
